This double boiler pan is for use with standard 7”, 3 quart sauce pan only as is a deep pan insert.  It is NOT for use directly on the stove.  Double boiler pans are great for slowly melting chocolate and other food that needs to be heated slowly to prevent burning/sticking to the bottom, such as rice pudding.
Approximate Measurements:  Inside rim is 7”.  Pan is 3-3/4” high.  It fits nicely into a 7” inner/7-1/4” outer 3 quart Revere ware sauce pan.  It holds 9 cups of water when filled to the rim.
All items will be carefully packaged for shipment.
