General Description:
Provides automated In-Line Measurement and Mapping of product wafers for process monitoring and control. Measures single or multiple layers of oxide, nitride, photoresist, polysilicon and other optically transparent films from less than 100 angstrom to greater than 4mm.
This item may be subject to licensing by the United States Government for shipment out of the United States. Please allow up to 6 weeks for processing if required.
