Features:
1. This equipment is specially designed for Yaesu Yaesu short-wave radio station. It is fully compatible with Yaesu special day adjustment. Different models of instructions
A, FT-857D/FT-897D
1. Press and hold [F] for more than one second to enter the menu mode.
2. Rotate the [MEM/VFO CH] knob to find NO-001 [EXT MENU] and rotate the [DIAL] knob, which is the largest knob, set to "ON".
3. Rotate the [MEM/VFO CH] knob to find NO-020 [CAT/LIN/TUN] and rotate the [DIAL] knob to set to "TUNER".
4. Rotate the [MEM/VFO CH] knob to find NO-085 [CAT/LIN/TUN] and rotate the [DIAL] knob to set to "TUNER".
5. Press and hold [F] for more than one second to save the settings.
The above method is applicable to mAT-30, as well as Yausu FC-30 and FC-40.
B, FT-450D
1. Press and hold the [F] key for more than one second to enter the menu mode and the screen displays “MENU”.
2. Rotate the [DSP/SEL] button and select “TUNER”.
3. Press the [DSP/SEL] button to enter the “TUNER” submenu.
4. Rotate the [DSP/SEL] button again to select “EXT ATU”.
5. Press and hold the [F] button for more than one second to return.
The above method is applicable to mAT-30 and Yeasu FC-40 days. In particular, because the FT-450D is particularly sensitive to standing waves, the actual test found that the station does not support the Yaesu FC-30 day adjustment.
C, FT-950
1. Press the [MENU] button to enter the menu mode.
2. Rotate the [SELECT] button to select “110 TGEN EXT TUN”.
Tip: The menu switches between “110 TGEN” and “EXT TUN” by pressing the [SELECT] button.
3. Rotate the [CLAR/VFO-B] button and select “Etu”.
4. Press and hold the [MENU] button for more than one second to save the settings and return.
D, FT-891
Setting
1. Press and hold [MULTI] to enter the setup menu.
2. Rotate [MULTI] to select 16-15"TUNER SELECT" option, short press [MULTI] to activate this option, rotate [MULTI] to select "EXTERNAL", then press [MULTI] to exit the setting.
Operation
1. Press the [F] key momentarily to select the FUNCTION-1 page.
2. Rotate [MULTI] to move the arrow to the TNR position. Press [MULTI] to switch the online/offline of the sky tone; long press to activate the tuning.
Other models have not been verified, but if equipped with an 8-core CAT or TUNER socket, theoretically supportable, we will continue to verify each model.
