This TEGAL PLASMOD Plasma Etcher/Cleaner/Barrel Asher does not include the quartz chamber insert, but it does feature the chamber body, plus a pair of Eimac 8187/4PR65A Tubes, and some variable capacitors, as shown

It powers up, and the fan comes on, but the power light does not illuminate, and it seems unresponsive, and it started smelling like smoke after a few seconds, so I unplugged it.
