These are A grade. See our chart below for grade descriptions.
Some have the NSN tags, some have the PARA X labels from another military contractor which do not include an NSN number.  All are MIL Spec pouches MIL surplus and are extremely well made and very durable.
These have no discoloration, dirt or marks on them.   These pouches can be made once again into a medical pouch,  some make these into portable cleaning kits and others have made them into ammo pouches by sewing separations into the pouch.
No inserts or medical components.
These IFAKs have dual MOLLE straps that can be used on packs, vests and even used on belts.

A
+
= New item, may not have tags
A
= Excellent, functional gear, bright colors, all parts intact.  Like new
B+
= Good, light use with NO holes or rips.
B
= Good, may have: signs of use, abrasions, **holes, fading, some light dirt or dust, small snags, and light scratches. (**holes no larger than a pencil)
C
= Average / Moderate, expect 1 or more of the following: Dime size or smaller holes, wear, abrasions, dust, dirt, discoloration, scratches, staining, fading.
R
= indicates some items have been professionally repaired (Example: a condition of
B/R
grading would indicate this B rated item has been repaired)
